DP WORLD TOUR PLAY-OFF DOMINATED BY FUJIKURA

Carlsbad, California (September 30, 2024) Fujikura, the leader in performance golf shafts, was delighted to grab another DP World Tour victory for a player using Fujikura shafts.

At the Acciona Open de Espanâ, it was another victory for Fujikura in a dramatic play-off win. Similar to last week’s action, both play-off competitors used VENTUS in their driver as they battled to become a DP World Tour winner in Spain.

The eventual winner in Madrid used the VENTUS TR Blue 6-X in his driver, along with the 2024 VENTUS Blue 8-X in his 3-wood. The 2^nd place finisher also used Fujikura, playing the VENTUS Black 7-X in his driver.

In total, out of the 38 DP World Tour events so far this season, there have been 22 victories for players using a Fujikura driver and/or wood shaft.

Fujikura would also like to congratulate Team USA on their recent Presidents Cup victory. During the event, a total of 11 out of the 24 players at Royal Montreal Golf Club used a Fujikura driver and/or wood shaft.
