Fujikura Celebrates Success as VENTUS Powers Four Memorable Victories in Professional and Amateur Golf

We celebrated another significant weekend of success across the men’s game, with VENTUS powering four victories across Europe and America, including a great win in Memphis as the season’s best players began the Tour’s final three events.

With only the top 70 players in the season-long standings eligible to compete, the field represented the very best performers of the year. That makes this one of our most significant achievements of the season as the Tour heads toward its conclusion.

The winner, now a 21-time Tour champion, delivered a dominant performance while trusting VENTUS Black 7-X in his driver and VENTUS Black 8-X in his 3-wood. After posting a course-record-tying 9-under 61 on Friday, he established a three-shot lead heading into the weekend and never looked back.

The victory marks our 16th Tour win of the 2026 season and further reinforces the performance credentials of VENTUS. Time and again, our products continue to perform when pressure is at its highest and precision is essential.

Across the elite field in Memphis, we once again led the way as the No. 1 driver and wood shaft brand. Nearly half the field (47.8%) trusted Fujikura in their drivers, giving us a 21.7% advantage over the nearest competitor and a 5.5% increase from last year’s championship. In fairway woods, 40% of the field relied on Fujikura shafts, 10.5% ahead of the closest competitor.

The challenging Memphis layout provided a fitting test for the world’s best players. Narrow fairways, more than 100 hazards, over 90 bunkers, and water in play on 11 holes all demanded exceptional accuracy and consistency off the tee. Seeing VENTUS perform under those conditions further validates the technology trusted by so many of the game’s top athletes.

VENTUS Powers Victory at Prestigious Amateur Championship

We also enjoyed success at one of golf’s premier amateur championships, where both finalists trusted Fujikura and VENTUS throughout the week.

The eventual champion, the first English winner of the event since 2013, played VENTUS TR Black 6-X in his driver, VENTUS TR Red 7-X in his 3-wood, and a VENTUS Blue 9-X with VeloCore+ in his driving iron.

Across the championship field, we were the No. 1 driver, wood, and hybrid shaft brand, highlighting our continued commitment to supporting the next generation of elite players. Fujikura was trusted by 51.3% of players in drivers, 34.3% ahead of the nearest competitor. Additionally, 49.2% of the field played Fujikura in their woods and 33.8% trusted Fujikura in their hybrids.

Pat McCoy, Director of Tour Operations at Fujikura, commented:

“This was a fantastic weekend for us, highlighted by four significant victories across the men’s and women’s game, including an important win in Memphis as we begin the final stretch of the season.

With only the top 70 players in the field, every competitor earned their place through outstanding performances throughout the year. To come out on top on a course that demands so much precision and control is a tremendous achievement.

Seeing VENTUS trusted once again by a winner when the pressure is at its highest is incredibly rewarding. Our technology is engineered to provide golfers with the stability, consistency, and confidence they need to perform at their best, and this victory is another example of that commitment in action.

We congratulate the winner on a remarkable performance and are proud to have played a role in another important victory on Tour.”
