LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA: This week in La Quinta, we proudly unveiled our next‑generation VENTUS TR Blue, engineered with VeloCore+ technology. As the world’s best players continue to rely on the Tour’s leading shaft brand at the game’s biggest events, we’re excited to introduce the newest addition to the VENTUS line here in California.

Our Tour team has been working closely with every OEM and their fitters to ensure Tour trucks are fully stocked with the new profile. We’ve also been educating both staff and players on the engineering behind the VENTUS TR Blue so they can experience how this shaft is designed to optimize performance.

Following our success at the season opener in Hawaii, where we led the driver, wood, and hybrid shaft counts, we once again secured the No. 1 position across all three categories at this week’s event in California.

37.6% of the field trusted our driver shafts (a 2.8% increase over last year and 11.5% ahead of our nearest competitor).

38.4% played Fujikura wood shafts (up 2.4% and 15.5% ahead).

42.9% relied on Fujikura hybrid shafts.

Even before this week’s official launch, anticipation for the VENTUS TR Blue has been so strong that several players already put it into play, in both Hawaii and Dubai on the international Tour.

The new TR Blue continues the legacy of the original VENTUS TR, known for delivering the perfect balance of stability and feel for both Tour professionals and everyday golfers. The original TR played a key role in one of last season’s most memorable wins, with the current World No. 3 trusting the Blue 6‑X in both his driver and mini driver en route to his breakthrough victory at the season finale in Atlanta.

To elevate an already iconic shaft line, we engineered the VENTUS TR Blue using our proprietary enso® 3D motion‑capture system, giving us precise insights into performance through the entire swing. The result is a shaft profile that delivers a smoother feel, enhanced stability, and increased speed through impact and transition. Positioned between VENTUS Blue and VENTUS Black, it offers a great low‑spin option suitable for a wide range of Tour‑level swings. It will be available from 5‑R through 9‑X, ideal for players seeking a stable, mid‑launch profile with exceptional control. As our Director of Tour Operations, Pat McCoy, shared:
