#1 DRIVER AND WOOD SHAFT ON THE DP WORLD TOUR AND PGA TOUR

Carlsbad, California (January 15, 2024) Fujikura, the leader in performance golf shafts, was honored to be the #1 driver and wood shaft combination on the PGA Tour and DP World Tour, including a victory for the VENTUS TR Blue in Dubai.

At the Dubai Invitational on the DP World Tour, Fujikura was the #1 driver and wood shaft during the event, with the majority of the 60-player field trusting in Fujikura shafts during the event. In total, 38.3% of the field used a Fujikura driver shaft, with another 50.0% of the field using a Fujikura wood shaft.

These statistics also included the winner and second place finisher in Dubai. Winning his first event of the new season, the champion at Dubai Creek Resort used the VENTUS TR Blue 6-X in his driver and VENTUS TR Blue 6-X in his 3-wood on his way to victory. Finishing in second place with a new shaft combination in the bag, the world number two ranked golfer also used VENTUS, using the VENTUS Black 6-X in his driver and VENTUS Black 8-X and VENTUS Black 9-X in his fairway woods.

Over on the PGA Tour, Fujikura was the #1 driver, wood and hybrid shaft at the Sony Open in Hawaii. Throughout the week in Honolulu, 38.2% of the field used a Fujikura driver shaft, with another 34.5% in the wood shaft count and 25.5% in the hybrid shaft count.
