FUJIKURA COMPOSITES AMERICA WARRANTY POLICY
Limited Two-Year Warranty Information
Fujikura Composite America, Inc. of Carlsbad, California (FCA) warrants, to the original consumer only, that FCA’s golf club shafts will be free from defects in materials or workmanship during normal use for two years from the original retail purchase date, provided that the product has not been damaged through neglect, altered, misused, or abused. If a defect develops, FCA will, in FCA’s sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective product (through the authorized FCA Charter Dealer it was purchased from) with the same or similar product upon return of the defective product with the original sales receipt. The limited two-year warranty is automatically voided if any pull-out and/or reinstallation of the product has occurred or any other tampering from the product’s original state has occurred.
“Original consumer” means the individual person who first purchased the product covered by this warranty new from an authorized FCA Charter Dealer other than for the purpose of resale. “Original retail purchase date” means the date the original consumer purchased the product covered by this warranty from an authorized FCA Charter Dealer.

Limitations on Warranties
- This limited two-year warranty is the only warranty made by FCA and is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, guaranties, agreements, and similar obligations of the manufacturer or seller to the fullest extent permitted by law. FCA disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. there are no warranties created by a course of dealing, course of performance, or trade usage.
- nothing in this warranty excludes or limits any statutory rights of a consumer.
- to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FCA will not under any circumstances have any liability whatsoever to the original consumer or to any third-party (whether jointly, severally, or individually) for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of use. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
- The warranty does not cover a product’s normal wear and tear.
- Claims for shafts installed as “custom upgrade,” “stock shaft”, or “stock offering” purchased from any Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) are to be handled with the OEM, not FCA .
- No cash-outs or reimbursements will be provided. Product repairs or replacements are the only remedies available under the warranty.
- Any replacement or repaired product will be warranted from the original retail purchase date of the returned product, not from the replacement or repair date.
- No person, associate, dealer, distributor (including FCA Charter Dealers), or company is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner in any possible way or form.
- FCA will not service any counterfeit products of any kind.
- Tour-issued products are not for resale and, therefore, not covered under any warranty.
