#1 DRIVER AND WOOD SHAFT ON THE DP WORLD TOUR AND PGA TOUR

Carlsbad, California (January 15, 2024) Fujikura, the leader in performance golf shafts, was honored to be the #1 driver and wood shaft combination on the PGA Tour and DP World Tour, including a victory for the VENTUS TR Blue in Dubai.

On the DP World Tour, Fujikura was the #1 driver and wood shaft during the event, with the majority of the 60-player field trusting in Fujikura shafts during the event. In total, 38.3% of the field used a Fujikura driver shaft, with another 50.0% of the field using a Fujikura wood shaft.

These statistics also included the winner and second-place finisher in Dubai. Winning his first event of the new season, the champion at Dubai Creek Resort used the VENTUS TR Blue 6-X in his driver and VENTUS TR Blue 6-X in his 3-wood on his way to victory. Finishing in second place with a new shaft combination in the bag, the world number two ranked golfer also used VENTUS, using the VENTUS Black 6-X in his driver and VENTUS Black 8-X and VENTUS Black 9-X in his fairway woods.

Over on the PGA Tour, Fujikura was the #1 driver, wood and hybrid shaft in Hawaii. Throughout the week in Honolulu, 38.2% of the field used a Fujikura driver shaft, with another 34.5% in the wood shaft count and 25.5% in the hybrid shaft count.
