Victory for VENTUS Black with a Win New Orleans

MULTIPLE WINS ACROSS GLOBAL TOURS AS FUJIKURA ENJOYS MORE MILESTONES

Carlsbad, California (April 29, 2024) Fujikura, the leader in performance golf shafts, was honored to be the #1 driver and wood shaft on the PGA Tour and DP World Tour. In total, all three winners on the PGA Tour, DP World Tour, Champions Tour and Korn Ferry Tour used a Fujikura driver and/or wood shaft on their way to victory.

At the Zurich Classic on the PGA Tour, Fujikura dominated the field as the #1 driver, wood and hybrid shaft. In total, 33.3% of the field used a Fujikura driver shaft during the week, with another 32.0% using a Fujikura wood shaft and 32.4% using a Fujikura hybrid shaft.

These statistics included the eventual winner in New Orleans, who grabbed his 25th PGA Tour win with another victory using VENTUS. The tournament winner used a VENTUS Black 6-X in his driver, VENTUS Black 8-X in his fairway wood and VENTUS Black 9-X in his five wood. This was the 11th win on the PGA Tour for a player using a Fujikura driver shaft. After 19 events of the 23/24 PGA Tour season so far, Fujikura has a current winning percentage of 57.8% on Tour.

On the DP World Tour, at the ISPS Handa Championship in Japan, Fujikura was the #1 driver and wood shaft. In total, 42.6% of the field used a Fujikura driver shaft during the week, with another 40.5% of the field using a Fujikura wood shaft. The eventual winner in Japan also used Fujikura, grabbing his DP World Tour win using the VENTUS Blue 6-X in his driver, VENTUS Blue 7-X in his fairway wood and VENTUS Blue 8-X in his 5-wood.

There were further victories for Fujikura on Tour with wins on both the Korn Ferry Tour and Champions Tour as well. Over at the Vertex Bank Championship on the Korn Ferry Tour, the eventual winner used the VENTUS Red 7-X in his driver, VENTUS Red 8-X in his fairway wood and VENTUS Black 7-X in his seven-wood. While on the Champions Tour at the Mitsubishi Electric Classic, the eventual winner in Georgia used the VENTUS Blue 6-X in his driver on his way to victory.
