Scottish Open Winner Trusts In VENTUS for Victory

GLOBAL DOMINATION FOR FUJIKURA WITH MULTIPLE WINS ACROSS DP WORLD TOUR, LPGA TOUR, PGA TOUR AND PGA TOUR CHAMPIONS 

 

Carlsbad, California. (July 18, 2023) Fujikura, the leader in performance golf shafts, was honored to be the #1 driver and wood shaft across multiple tours last week. This also included three victories on the LPGA Tour, PGA Tour Champions and DP World Tour.   

 

At the Genesis Scottish Open over on the DP World Tour, Fujikura was the #1 driver and wood shaft. In total, 36.7% of the field used a Fujikura driver shaft with another 36.7% using a Fujikura wood shaft. The winner in North Berwick used the VENTUS TR Blue 6-X in his driver and VENTUS TR Blue 8-X in his three wood on his way to victory.   

Over at the Dana Open, it was another #1 spot in the driver and wood shaft count for Fujikura. In total, 35.4% of the field used Fujikura driver shafts during the week, with another 24.1% in the wood shaft count.  

 

This shaft count also included the winner of the Dana Open. The eventual winner used the Fujikura Speeder TR 757 in her bag, claiming her first LPGA Tour title along the way.  

 

Over on the PGA Tour Champions at the Kaulig Companies Players Championship, Fujikura was once again the #1 driver, wood, and hybrid shaft during the week. This included over half the field using Fujikura driver shafts (51.3%), along with another 42.2% in the wood shaft and 21.2% in the hybrid shaft.  

 

In his third Major win of the year, the eventual winner in Ohio used the Motore Speeder 7.2 TS in his driver, capturing his 5th win of 2023.
